ICCECs goal is to stop the commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) around the world. The commercial sexual exploitation of children consists of the businesses of prostitution, pornography and trafficking for sexual purposes. It is a form of coercion and violence against children and amounts to forced labour and a contemporary form of slavery.
At ICCEC, we take a rights-based approach, which means that CSEC survivors direct the work of the Centre. People who have experienced sexual exploitation as children know the reality.
